Yes, absolutely! Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental time will result in forfeiture of the rental fee.

• No-Shows: Customers who do not arrive for their rental without prior cancellation will not receive a refund.

• How to Cancel: Cancellations must be made by calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media.

• Exceptions: Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

For the best experience, we recommend:

Closed-toe shoes for a secure grip on the pedals

Long sleeves & pants for added protection against wind and debris

Sunglasses & sunscreen to shield against sun exposure

A lightweight jacket or extra layers for unexpected weather changes

A small backpack with water, snacks, and essentials for a comfortable ride

Helmets aren't mandatory while operating the Slingshot, but strongly recommended.

Yes, you must have proof of full coverage insurance? Proof of insurance and a photo of your license must be uploaded within 24 hours of booking or your ride will be subject to cancellation. You can upload your documents via the contact page.
